One-time Treatments

Ants can be a huge nuisance but we have a simple solution that offers both a great price with a guarantee that ensures results!

Fee includes an interior and exterior treatment of your home.  This comes with a 6 month guarantee that the ants will not enter the interior.  If they do, we come back for free!

This includes our popular one-time ant treatment plus:

• Knock down populations of spiders, cockroaches, pincher bugs, sow bugs.*

Fee includes an interior and exterior treatment of your home.  This does include the ant guarantee but will only temporarily knock down the crawling insect populations.  For the best insect control we recommend a regular treatment plan.

We target roaches in multiple ways by applying a perimeter barrier, spraying the interior, and using bait.  This combination will reduce exterior populations and control interior issues.  Treatments come with a 70 day guarantee and start at $200 for a one time treatment.  We also offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly services starting at $90.

Our mosquito treatments will kills eggs around the perimeter of the house that can sit dormant for up to three years!  It will also eliminate mosquitos that land on the treatment.  The treatment is people, plant, and pet friendly but only lasts about 3-4 weeks.  We highly recommend that you do this treatment as an additional service to the pest control on a monthly basis.  Adding this to pest control starts at $20/visit.  If you would like a one time treatment then we charge $250.

Rodent bait stations are used to reduce exterior populations.  We charge $10 per box as a set up fee and then $5 per box to monitor and reload the bait each visit.  This service is an accessory option that can be added to our regular pest control service.
